– Add sliced onions, ginger, garlic and curry leaves and sauté it till the onions turns light brown in colour Then this one is for you! Add little water to it and grind to a smooth paste. When it becomes soft add the sauces & red chilli paste. Add water if needed. Now add in chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, ketchup and green chilli. heyy wldnt the ginger chicken come out with gravy????

Dip chicken pieces in this batter & fry till it becomes golden brown. Black pepper powder: 1/2 tbs
